A “typical” Requirements engagement includes a 2-Day exploration of the knowledge necessary for a success.
Day One:
Project champion and one or two key participants provide an informal familiarization with the production processes and the desired results for the project
Day Two:
Kickoff meeting sets the purpose for the project and expectations for what will happen and participation in the Requirements Analysis activities
