This service package is designed for customers who are anxious to implement a system for plant quality reporting and analysis. Our engineers have developed a scope of work that will help any customer begin to quickly move toward effective manufacturing intelligence.

 

The on site service package includes: 

      • Network, licensing, and security assessment 
      • Discovery assessment on potential for implementation opportunities 
      • Installation, configuration of QI Analyst 
      • Application assistance on the following as time permits: 
          • ActiveX Chart manipulation (InTouch or JavaScript (in HTML File) 
          • API documentation and example code 
          • Product/Part Spec configuration and use. 
          • Configuration and Data capture of SPC data from InTouch or Industrial Application Server, and/or the Data Entry Wizard 
          • How-to’s and various example scripts for sample data 
      • Use of classroom experience to start developing hands on design and implementation awareness 
      • Fine tuning as needed
