ACP ThinManager ReadytoGo Services

This service package is designed for customers who are anxious to implement ACP’s ThinManager application to realize effective sharing of resources on the plant floor. Our engineers have developed a scope of work that will help any customer begin to quickly take advantage of the features of this product.

The on site service package includes: 

• Network, licensing, and security assessment 
• Discovery assessment on potential for implementation opportunitiesInstallation, configuration of ThinManager, ThinServer, ThinManager Utilities 
• Configure Instant Failover (Dual Terminal Servers configurations only) 
• Configure SmartSession (Load Balancing) (Multiple Terminal Servers only) 
• Configure Historical Logging 
• And as time permits 
  • Configure TermSecure 
  • Assist with Migration of Wonderware InTouch Project to Terminal Services Environment 
  • Advise on running InTouch Project in Terminal Services Environment 
  • Hands on application of classroom training 
  • Wrap up and fine tuning as needed
