Ann P. Croom, President
Mrs. Croom has been with InSource since its inception and is responsible for overall management and strategic direction of the company. She has over 20 years experience in the industrial automation sector having worked previously with Texas Instruments and Control Corporation of America. Mrs. Croom has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and a Masters of Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

A. Dunn Dillard, Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dillard has been with InSource from its beginning and is responsible for administrative operations, financial and treasury duties, IT systems management, infrastructure and personnel. He has almost 20 years experience in this capacity having been previously employed with the Control Corporation of America. Mr. Dillard is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas J. Barczak, Chief Information Officer

Mr. Barczak has been with InSource Solutions from its inception.  As a business strategist, IT strategist, IT functional leader, technology advocate, and change agent, Mr. Barczak is responsible for aligning the IT systems and infrastructure with the business strategy. He has over 22 years of experience in the sales, marketing, and developing deployment strategies of packaged Manufacturing Process Control Applications and Automated Laboratory Systems built on microprocessor based control systems that deliver business value. Aaron Evans, Vice President of Wonderware Sales
Mr. Evans has been with InSource since the beginning, bringing with him over 23 years of experience in sales and sales management of industrial computerized control applications. He is responsible for managing business development of the Wonderware-related business. Mr. Evans has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Scott E. Miller , Vice President ATC Consulting
Mr. Miller joined InSource Solutions in 2005 and is responsible for developing and managing the delivery of service offerings ranging from emerging technology applications to general technical support and customer training. He brings nearly 15 years of manufacturing and project management experience with companies such as General Motors and Ingersoll-Rand as well as over 5 years as a successful business process improvement consultant in the manufacturing and utilities industries. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
