InControl

This two day course will help students understand InControl’s capabilities for creating control solutions and applications for a variety of automation applications as well as the basics of structuring automation solutions for reusability and ease of debugging and commissioning. Class exercises will guide students through both the development and runtime environments of InControl, including executing the runtime engine. Students will create application programs using Relay Ladder Logic (RLL), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), Structured Text (ST), and Motion Control (RS 274D). The course will also cover all types of InControl global and local variables, pre-configured Factory Objects (Active X Controls), configuring I/O scanner cards, and using device networks for real-time data control. Finally, students will learn how InControl interfaces with Wonderware® InTouch™.
