Strategic Accounts Sales Manager
Richmond, VA or Baltimore, MD

Responsibilities include planning, developing and communicating sales strategy, goals and metrics; developing and coaching extensively in the field; developing and implementing collaborative sales processes and teams; client growth, retention and problem resolution; and working with the leadership team to set and execute the corporate strategy.

PAT Account Executive 
Florida

Responsible for generating sales in an assigned geographical territory with non-strategic accounts. Campaigns by phone to new and existing customers to generate interest in products or services.

Positions which are often recruited for include:
 
Automation Solutions Representative: This true Inside Sales Representative position (not customer service) follows up on sales leads and makes outbound calls to existing customers to understand their business needs which may be addressed by our software, hardware or services. Requires: software sales experience, optimally in manufacturing or industrial sector; strong discipline and attention to detail; excellent communications and sales skills; and a warm customer service demeanor.
 
Customer Service Representative: This key role interfaces with both our sales force and with customers. They make and receive calls, probe to understand customer needs, and develop purchase orders that include all the components necessary to fill the customer need. Also follows up on existing sales opportunities to close the sale. Requires extreme attention to detail, strong customer service skills, experience with detailed invoicing, etc. Ideal background includes work in a sales support role requiring understanding of the product and what components combine (or do not combine) in varied environments. 
 
Technical Support Specialists: This phone-based role works with customers whose software will not install or operate properly, and ensures customers get maximum functionality out of the software. They troubleshoot issues, often replicating them in a virtual environment while talking with the customer. Requires 2 or more years of experience with Microsoft SQL server 2000, 2005, 2008, Oracle 8 or higher, Visual Basic or other programming skills, Microsoft Operating Systems XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2008and superior customer service skills. Experience implementing and/or supporting manufacturing software systems a plus.
